Leaders Property Management appointed us to carry out a full roof replacement and site-wide maintenance programme at a residential housing estate in Mitcham, South London. The project included two full pitched roof replacements and a broad range of external repairs, all delivered with minimal disruption to residents.

Scope of Work

This multi-trade project was delivered in phases and involved both roofing and general external building works. Our services included:

  • Complete removal and replacement of roof coverings to two residential blocks
  • New breathable underlay, treated battens, and Redland interlocking tiles
  • Weatherproof detailing to hips, ridges, valleys, and abutments
  • Use of MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Working Platforms) for high-access works

Targeted repair and maintenance to:

  • Roof structures and flashings
  • Rainwater goods and guttering
  • Brickwork, pointing, and general façade elements
