Project Overview
DL Jones Roofing Services was appointed by Leaders Property Management to carry out a full roof replacement programme and comprehensive site-wide maintenance across a residential housing estate in Mitcham, South London. The project comprised two complete pitched roof replacements on residential blocks, plus a wide-ranging programme of external repairs – all delivered using MEWP (Mobile Elevated Working Platform) access to minimise disruption across the occupied estate.

Scope of Work

- New breathable underlay, treated battens, and Redland interlocking tiles
- Weatherproof detailing to hips, ridges, valleys, and abutments
- Use of MEWPs (Mobile Elevated Working Platforms) for high-access works
Targeted repair and maintenance to:
- Roof structures and flashings
- Rainwater goods and guttering
- Brickwork, pointing, and general façade elements
