GLF Schools appointed DLJONES CPS Ltd to carry out essential refurbishment works on a series of flat roof canopy structures at Warlingham Park School in Surrey. These canopies cover walkways and outdoor spaces that are heavily used by students and staff, making a safe, watertight, and durable roofing solution a top priority.
Scope of Work
We completed a full renewal of the flat roof areas using the Mapei Polyshield built-up felt system – a BBA-certified system designed for long-lasting performance in public and high-traffic environments.
Key Works Included:
- Removal and disposal of the existing roof coverings
- Substrate preparation and insulation upgrades (where needed)
- Full installation of the multi-layer Mapei Polyshield system
- Detailing at all abutments, columns, and drainage points
- All work carried out safely in occupied, operational school areas
