DLJones CPS Ltd was appointed by Tandridge District Council to carry out the full replacement of an aging flat roof at a residential property in Lingfield. The objective was to improve thermal performance, extend the roof’s lifespan, and ensure compliance with modern waterproofing and fire safety standards.

Scope of Work

This was a full warm roof refurbishment delivered to high technical standards and in line with Bauder’s system specifications. Our scope included:

Full strip and removal of existing flat roof coverings and insulation
Preparation of the roof deck for warm roof installation

Perimeter detailing to upstands, penetrations, outlets, and edges

Tight Site Access: Material deliveries and waste collections were managed through a tightly coordinated schedule to minimise disruption and avoid site congestion.

Occupied Building: All works were carried out while the property remained in use, with safe access maintained for occupants at all times.

Weather Dependency: Works were scheduled within dry weather windows to ensure correct installation and adhesion of the membrane system.
