DL Jones Roofing proposed and delivered a full warm roof upgrade using the Bauder Bauderflex bitumen membrane system, renowned for its durability, high thermal performance, and weather resilience. We carried out a full strip-out of the failed roof, including the removal of the defective timber deck, and replaced it with a fully warrantied, Bauder-approved system.
As an approved Bauder installer, DL Jones’s work on this project qualifies for the full Bauder manufacturer’s warranty – not merely a contractor’s guarantee. System warranty documentation was provided on handover.
Scope of Work Included:
- Full removal of existing fibreglass roofing and timber substrate
- Installation of a new Bauder vapour control layer and high-performance insulation – full Bauder Bauderflex warm roof system
- Multi-layer Bauder reinforced bitumen membrane waterproofing – installed to full manufacturer specification
