We used @toupretuk exterior filler to revamp the masonry areas, after a rub down and some prep we painted the area using @duluxuk weathershield masonry paint.

This water tank casing had been affected by storm damage, we removed the existing casing and formed a new one using 18mm OSB boards.
We then applied the brilliant Prokol MonoSeal: a cold-applied liquid waterproofing membrane that cures to form a seamless, durable, weather-resistant solution.

MonoSeal can be used in the waterproofing of flat and pitched roof structures, communal walkways, podium decks, balconies and terraced roofs. What’s more, it can be applied to existing concrete, roofing felt, brickwork and asbestos cement decks.

Another New Anderson’s IcoPal Tecnatorch 3 Layer Built Up Felt System Project.
The existing roof had a number of defects, that we were lucky to get to before any of the timber substrate became affected by water ingress.
We installed a new lead flexi slate for the boiler flue, formed a new outlet and installed a new uPVC roofline system to this garage in Warlingham, Surrey.
Built Up Felt Roofing is still one of the very best tried and tested products in the roofing industry when installed by competent professionals.
